>>13749771>reply to the reply to 1st partI feel like you're already putting quite a bit of emphasis on the beat with the visual flash, so it would be better to double down with on that by having the moves line up with it as well. You want that big, visceral feeling since as you say, this is supposed to be a fighter promo video and that has an implicit meaning of smackdowns and violence. Having her voice be as the counterpoint leading up to those moments is a good effect.
>reply to the reply to 2nd partI think the decision to use Midnight Song, and not even the much more high octane originals or even more club oriented remixes like the haretokidkoi of Take Me to Heaven is an interesting decision, but the very slow BPM actually does make it very interesting with the juxtaposition against the wrestling feeling.
I feel like you need to decide exactly what you want to do with the video, since you do bring up a branching paths. If you want to make it longer and more hype story focused, you could use something like this webm at the start which also includes her old overture that she'd play at the start of everything which I think is better then the buzzer itself to build hype. However, I always got a laugh at the huge mismatch between the big build up of the overture and her leading it into anything that didn't match that energy, so it might not be the best way to go.
Conversely, if you want to go more light hearted like you do with the docey do she does with Mori in the existing video, there's a bunch more of references you can make, like AZKi being the floor if you want to show one of her losses, cat ears about the cat song being poorly photoshopped onto her like she used for a thumbnail before, having the members of Shotgun Rose and other people she's performed with photoshopped over the face of crowd members, or showing off the timeline split by having two side by side scenes where you have AZKi winning in one and losing in the other. However, these probably wouldn't match up as well with a more serious promo vibe which is what you already have, and so I think it's something where you have to figure out what you're going for and build the storyboard around.
