It's really that simple, the thing is every fat friend I've known when talking about diets fails to be able to do that, because they have zero willpower.
Fatties make all these excuses and when studied it's been totally proven that they are just delusional. They said that "eating less didn't work", well it turns out they were eating may more than they claimed.
