Sana graduating and council "failing" (omega got an expert tip from fulgur) were probably reasons given from management where they effectively blamed the girls for not meeting expectations which pissed gura off. I don't believe gura even collabed with sana during her graduation period, she likely was mad that sana may have contributed to this.

In fact, all the girls were acting very weird during that entire summer 2022 off collab arc, kiara basically forced them to do the pop tart stream on a whim, ame had to build her own studio and ina was laying on the floor the entire time, bae eating gushers on the couch, gura shenanigans, the list just keeps going. People say that only FWMC are on the level of unicorn cgdct that gura is, so gura likely got paranoid that if she collabed with anyone then they'd eventually mention tempus on accident which would get her anxiety flaring so she bailed out and effectively gave the middle finger to management.
