If you want some extended + action then girl_dm_ just went live 10 minutes ago and stream title says Ring Fit is going to be done, Buffpup is playing a game I've never heard of called My Friendly Neighborhood, Merry is playing Yugioh, Squchan is doing art, and if you want some flesh instead of tuber then Kaho is live and just hanging out. As for later today:
Name That Price - Or a ripoff of The Price is Right, from what I've heard. Assuming that there were no alternate plans made last night because of the assumption Nyan might not be able to make it then it should be Nyan, Mouse, Snuffy, and Vei playing today. And in case anyone tries to bait with the promo image again, Amouranth and Minx are there to present the prizes, not actually compete as stated in the tweet about it.

Froot? - No charity stream yet. She probably wants to get one in. But doing so today is probably not the best time unless she does it very soon so it gets done before the 2 big things.
Zen? - Don't see why not. Regularly streams. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Wouldn't expect to see Mouse, Nyan, or Vei stream after the show but there's always a possibility. Hime is Hime, and Silver's taking the day off.
