You've Just Won... A New Car! Edition

It all began on a dark and stormy Monday evening. With the hour too late to do a standard stream the pink cat went live on an alt. The fabled pinkcatbad. Intended to be a fun and casual affair, the stream went by and was enjoyed in its moment, but as the night wore on and it came time to wrap things up the pink cat was possessed by a sudden bolt of inspiration. What if, perhaps, instead of simply ending the stream at a reasonable hour... she went on just a touch longer? Ensnared within the tendrils of a malevolent spirit, mischief took hold of the cat and caused her to act in a way most unkind towards viewers. And so, as she so often does, she played the role of DJ. Layering the most absurd combinations of sounds she could imagine with little intention other than to sow chaos and reap its rewards from an unprepared populace. She'd done so in this exact same manner many times before, and it had always ended without complication.

But on this day there was a problem. As the sounds of a man screaming about how tight his partner melded flawlessly with a soundtrack recorded straight from a truck stop bathroom, there was a disturbance. An unexpected darkness watched over the stream, unamused with the cat's antics. And so, with the click of a button, the pink cat vanished, as if she never existed at all. Her hold on the audience severed, things immediately turned to panic. What had happened? How long would it be for? The week, after all, had been meticulously planned out ahead of time. A regular Tuesday tradition, a date with a vampire, and perhaps most importantly, an appearance on famed game show, The Price is Right. The pink cat's acolytes went to work at once resolving this wrong, but as the higher-ups continued to delay their response to an appeal, it seemed as if all was lost. The show would go on. Other plans could be rescheduled, but this event was immutable. It had to go on. With or without her. An ultimately very disappointing turn of events, but a fate that can not be evaded.

Or so it seemed. Finally, in the early morning hours the day of her appearance there was a glimmer of hope. The appeal had gone through, and the powers that be accepted plea. The pink cat was unbanned. The days that had been missed could be rescheduled, but the one event set in stone had been spared. Things are right back on track for the week's biggest collab to happen!
