https://rentry.org/vt40k-planet-adoption#rs-1083-63-6-262110-3935-a3 fits the description in the Nenera rentry for the most part, but I found a lot of other planets that looked quite different and fit the bill. Lots of them were whiter/bluer in color, especially if they were a bit colder. The lakes were also more prominent in some.
The colors of the planet and some settings of the atmosphere can be edited manually, I think.
