This vtuber fad is pretty new so everyone's kind of new in a way so it doesn't has that kind of problem yet, but trust me, some kind of new blood is necessary to keep a community sane and healthy. I don't mean accept any idiot that comes in guns blazing making a fool of themselves, but there's nothing bad with being new if you are polite about it and about not knowing some stuff. Maybe it's because I know what happens when any and every kind of new people are rejected but I see them as a necessary part of the ecosystem of a virtual community.
