Pan-egg theory is finding that perfect spot, that perfect heat, to cook your eggs. Once you find that, you can pretty much make most breakfast food since most breakfast foods can be made at that heat level and most breakfast foods require a specific heat to be made right. It's basically a way to teach yourslef about how to cook right by finding that right heat to cook certain foods
Example, bacon comes out super nice at a specific heat. Too low and it just won't cook right at all. Too high and you'll burn it. Thus, pan-egg theory . Master eggs and you've mastered the universe
