Pippa has some serious brainworms about her popularity and channel's growth. She's talked about this problem in the past, and brought it up again during her recent karaoke stream. Basically she's afraid of hitting a peak as a streamer and then declining from there. Even when she was at 600 viewers, she thought that would fizzle out and she'd go back down to 200 viewers.
I think what happened this time was she didn't expect to hit 5k+ viewers during a random react stream. This can be explained by her recent Henya collabs, Filian collab, and Hero Hei video bringing in another new influx of viewers. Maybe it's also because her parents are visiting, but this triggered her brainworms again.
Pippa, your fans adore you. You are the most relatable Vtuber for us. This isn't like other Vtubers with superficial fanbases who are only around until they find the next Vtuber they like instead. We genuinely like you for you and we care about you. Even if you weren't a Vtuber anymore and became a flesh streamer or something, we would still watch you. You've become an important part of our lives that can't be replaced, beyond the scope of ordinary Vtubers.
Please stop worrying about this stuff. Tourists may come and go, but the real fans you've gained will stick around. Yes, some numbers may eventually go down, but trust me, nobody really cares about that. WE will stick around and continue to support you. More than anything, we just want you to be happy. There are so many things in life to enjoy and so many more to look forward to. Please take this message to heart. Now put Pippa the Ripper back up.
