I personally think she's an Anglerfish... that glob on her shoulder is her penis/husband which explain why he is crying if you know you know. Angler fish ooze slime and she was really happy artist incorporated it into fanart of her. This is also my theory for her eyes and toothy smile. She also appears to be a dark abysmal creature but that is speculation.
Anyway what does everyone else think?
