1 - the earlyfag stops trying to hide among the crowd and resumes posting at bump limit
2 - the early fag employs, or tries to employs, a new tactic for making an early thread without seeing like it's him. To confirm this, look for trickery right before an early thread is made.
3 - the earlyfag backs off and doesn't make an early thread at all. This doesn't mean surrender, it just means he felt called out and decided to wait it out to make it seem like he was on vacation. In this scenario it is likely that as soon as a reasonable amount of time passes, threads will start happening at 310 again.
