I wanted to take care of the stale bread so all you have to do is toast it with some olive oil, then reserve and put the meat of your choice to brown it.
Put your soup vessel on the stove, olive oil (this is where i learned its a spanish recipee) and fry on low heat, then add the meat,sweet paprika,salt and stirr a bit, then the water/stock, let it cook and then add the bread, wait until it hydrates,adjust salt two eggs and 3 mins more and just like that.
its pretty nice to clear the pantry
