Thanks to a new feature of the like and dislike system, it is possible for content creators to add "negative dislikes" to new videos before they are uploaded, which puts them at an unfair advantage as their videos get promoted more often. We are removing likes and new subscribers as a short-term measure to counter act this. We thank you for your understanding as a more permanent solution is worked on in the mean time.
