>>43127810I see, as I understand, the current concept behind the borders would be that Hoshiyomia itself would undergo many periods of wars of unification and dealing with independent princes, if we want to expand on this, then placing the frontier as the result of multiple wars, be it formal or proxy ones, would help explain it a bit more. We haven't exactly elaborated on these ideas thought, so I'm not too sure what their current state is.
I know that you got saddled up with lore that was not your own, so I've generally refrained from interacting with it until you've revised it. If you keep working on something then adapting to it will be easy, just be sure to keep us informed. My fellow hooman has proposed some ways that would help in explaining current lore and make it fit, but I understand if you feel that making something new that is your own would be better. Regardless of what you decide to do, I'm sure we can come to make it fit nicely.
