You have had Phase, Vshojo (now dead), Niji EN and by and large most of the indies all seething endlessly at Holo all while having drama after drama, getting exposed as black companies and just being retarded in general. Meanwhile, you have the fucking OG vtuber black company groups owned by Brave of all companies mostly just sitting there peacefully. If you just gave me a brief history on each company they'd be one of the ones I'd pin as MOST likely to have all that other shit going on, but they just kind of exist. Fuck is up with that?
