Then I'd still recommend Kyoko.
She's an interesting content creator that's struggling with numbers in Niji.
She'd bring some Garage Rock vocals, which Holo is still mostly missing.
Plus she'd become the "dark" and gyaru fashionista, taking those chara aspects away from Flare and Towa's design, which neither liked.
