TL;DR. Despite having a very high subscriber count, people don't actually tune in to a lot of Gura's streams.
Here's my rrat. I believe this can be attributed to the fact she's garnered a lot of children in her audience. Children tend to have a poor attention span, so streams that last an hour or more probably aren't their speed. They likely tune off within the first couple of minutes or so and decide to spend those hours instead playing Fortnite, or doing whatever kids do.
