So what we learned this stream is that Selen is quite open about her communications with Manager-san, and that she's the one spearheading all of the organization behind the scenes like asking about the server and game/song perms. I like her openness because it's like peeking behind the curtains to how this stuff works. Before today I never realized Nijisanji didn't have song perms for any songs other than Japanese.
