Would be nice if Sana actually streamed for real however, if you subtract the Valentine's stream this is actually on-par with the Dog Died Arc. During which keep in mind she did show up in an Amogus collab IIRC (but did not stream her POV, and not sure if she did anything else).
What we can see is from the Valentine's stream and Bae's bday she does want to at least give the impression she cares. Note that nobody actually says she hates Hololive or anything like Mori. What it is, is she seems apathetic or is developing some kind of weird phobia or complex about streaming and seems to only manage to do it if it's a comfort zone game for her like Animal Crossing. I really really really wonder what is up with her.
