Basically a means in which she could police her fanbase and stop looking at her "ribbon". She said she had a reward if we would get to 7.5 and probably would prepare more for like 10 I imagine. When we got to 7.5 she basically said confirmed it was a cover song that was still in the works so the reward would be delayed... and well nothing came of it and she hasn't mentioned the bond level in months now.
