Papanon was created to represent all the (You)s here who got Priestess Lulu (aka Mama Lulu) pregnant with these Twins and helped fathered them for several years. Papanon ended up marrying Priestess Lulu but due to some problems, entire family had to move to Japan.
About the pregancy progression, yes that's the plan. We're currently in the 2nd pregnancy arc. Last time she was kinda instantly pregnant with twins but I want to take it slow this time.
