>>58945849for me, sleep paralysis only happens if I went to bed worrying about something and/or if there are any big silhouettes near my bed. In both cases, I know I'm experienceing sleep paralysis and I do a pretty good job of forcing my self to twist and turn and try to talk/yell so I can wake myself up. What sucks is that when I do wake up and can move finally, those shadowy figures linger for a few more seconds so it actually feels like they chase you into the real world. It's freaky. Sometimes they move and I'll try to swipe or push them but they evade me by jumping around. Sometimes they even talk or laugh.
Luckily it's only for a few seconds and doesn't happen that often, but it's crazy when it does happen. Try slapping or punching a giant skeleton hand the size of a car reaching into your window and stopping just short of you because you happened to wake up, but if you were just a second or two late you would have been taken. And it's just frozen there, with its ripped/draped sleeves blowing in the wind until it slowly disintegrates into a black cloud and disappears. If it's my time, I want IRyS or Fauna to be the one bring to me in, not Calli, please.
