>Heaven and hell to me is the state of a persons mind. If someone is struggling with their mental health, they may see things as hell. If someone has a bright and optimistic outlook on life, in my opinion, they see the world as heaven. It's all perception.
>The devil is simply a part of you that needs to be recognized and healed. It's a darker side of yourself that manifests when you're struggling with something. It could be addiction, trauma, or many other things. This "devil" is a piece of you. So if you can understand and fix that "devil", then it's possible to heal the entirety of yourself.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
IT WAS A METAPHOR, HEAVEN AND HELL WERE A METAPHOR THIS WHOLE FUCKING TIME! LIVING A GOOD LIFE WAS ITSELF HEAVEN, AND LIVING POORLY WAS HELL! FUCK! FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK! >I don't know if reality is infinitely recursive, but for the sake of argument, i'll give my thoughts on it. If reality is infinitely recursive, that means that there's an infinite number of people suffering. I don't want to think about that. But this is why my purpose is to create a safe space for everyone to vent and be heard. The more people know how to vent and express themselves, the better prepared they are to handle their mental health.
>I think the only thing that can be done is trying to make people aware of their own suffering and their own personal "demons". Only once you recognize your own flaws, can you even begin the healing process. You have to be able to accept your own inner monster before you can try to tame it.
"By vent and be heard, do you mean like churches and confession booths?"
>I think the problem with churches is that sometimes it's not treated in a personal manner. In churches, you're typically confessing to someone you don't know. This could make it difficult for a person to open up. I would like to treat everyone's situation with respect and care no matter how well i know them. i want to make as many people as possible feel comfortable and safe to vent.
"So like, praying in a closet?"
>Yeah i guess you could say that. Except in a closet, it's to yourself and not to another person. I want to treat everyone as equals. Not be held above them as some higher power. Because what good would that be? You can't develop a healthy relationship with someone if you think they are above you or have power over you.
Ah...uh...so, how's your...uh...huh. Um...just...maybe...don't...tell /pol/. I...I don't know...how they'd react. Gonna...take a moment to just...not...be agnostic anymore at the moment. It'll pass. Just...kind of...a...a lot to...huh.
