Is there a reason 90% of the larger collabs are ran/setup by the vtubers themselves? I know management has to spend a lot of time failing to get permissions and commissioning scuffed live2d models, but it seems fucking insane how hands off they are when clearly only a handful of the vtubers want to/can put effort into content that is good/original.
