Anon, I know and respect how you feel.
You have to give her more credit. She's a strong willed person with plenty of people around her that she can rely on.
It's hard for her to stop doing things and rest, it's just not who she is, but when she realizes that she NEEDS to, she'll take the time she needs and properly rest up.
There's no way she'd ever do anything to herself, she has her mom and grandma, she has the other girls in hololive that she's close to and a few of those know when to reach out to her.
It sucks the amount of pain she's going through, but in the end that's all temporary and she can work through that and learn how to manage it. She's relatively fit and healthy so it should be no problem in the long run.
You're normal for feeling this way, it's human to feel empathy for someone you spend so much time watching and connecting with, she's a part of your life (and you are hers as well, she cares deeply about the koronesuki).
