This was likely management's deception, because Millie had a very obvious stealth-suspension shortly before and people were suspicious. What it DOES prove is that she had access to the internet.
-- In Ren's birthday stream, she says "it's about 8:30" when it was 9:45 in Japan. This implies she was in the Chinese timezone. Although she could also just have been retarded and misspeaking. Did she visit China?
-- Management directed them to lie about their suspensions, so whatever she said was not the truth. It could have been a vacation somewhere, such as Hawaii, China, or Japan. Or it could have been that she just stayed home, or went to visit Kyo.
