Suing unless you have a totally solid case is a retarded movie and Phase does not have one here, nor any real reason to sue. anyone talking about suing is a retard. It just seems like you have a poor understanding of how contracts work in general, I'm not really talking about Offkai or Phase in particular. I just need to point out the fact that basically all of society relies on legal proceedings, contracts, and agreements like this. To say there are no contracts between Offkai and attendees, vendors, sponsors, etc is false. All these systems need to be in place for the world to function and for anything to get done, especially in the U.S. where people are sue happy. Rules and regulations and contractual agreements are the glue that holds our society together, by posting on 4chan we are agreeing to a contract, by making a YouTube account we are agreeing to a contract, by using our browser or OS or anything else, the user is agreeing to a form of a contract. Everything we do in life is underlined by hundreds of legal rules that most people don't know about or understand. These legal rules protect us and keep everyone safe, so going forward please just acknowledge the purpose of legal proceedings and don't downplay the prevalence of contracts.
