It facilitates discussion on Vshojo. The discussion wouldn't be about False or Rima, it would be about the topic of the video.
As far as what I'd remove, if there's no collabs beyond an arbitrary period of time, the vtuber in question is no longer a +. If the vtuber is a corpo, discussion about upcoming collabs with a vshojo member is on topic, but what that vtuber is doing on their stream beyond that should not be on topic here. Mentions, youtube videos, streams, those would be on topic, but should not lead into discussion primarily regarding that non-Vshojo Vtubers activities.
