Morally it's even a bad thing, because they knowingly take an economic advantage of lonely and/or mentally ill people, while they put a facade of saying that they are entertainers, gamers or singers.
While watching a vtuber may not be a bad thing or a sin, being one is definitely a bad thing and a sin.
