To begin with, only Ame is using her custom outfit, technically saying that Ame is comfortable and see's the situation as nothing but normal, nothing special to use any outfit on.
but here's the Catch, Kiara uses her first outfit, technically saying; this is her collab so she'll do the usual outfit but not the big guns. Reine with the same mindset also puts out a casual outfit stating to those in the collab that she would at least prepare for the occasion.
Ollie is the cherry of the cake though, Here she chose her one and only outfit, you might be thinking that that also applies to Reine, but the difference here is that Reine's outfit fits this collab, its the usual casual-formal, compared to her princess pavlovia outfit, Ollie chose this outfit to try and keep up and still fell short.
Realising her incapacity she's not only silent, but tries to mask her presence by making it as small as possible by not being as energetic as she is, because Kiara would call her out blatantly on her shortcomings, and she knows she won't be able to retort, mainly because she knows Kiara see's through her insecurities.
