I'm convinced there's still a hidden part of the bunkeronii we haven't seen yet. A part that she specifically only accesses when either no one else is online or when she's not streaming. Not just her secret storage chest/room that we know about, but a full on extension of the entire bunker.
My reasoning is this: the amount of resources she mined to carve out the bunker wouldn't add up the amount used to make it. Either she manually cooked each and every cobblestone and used a fuckton of coal or charcoal (where did she get it from then?), or she skipped that step with a fuckton of silk touch pickaxes or one with mending, in which case she would have needed A LOT of EXP, which PPP would not have been able to provide, even with how much she played off-stream.
Also, consider how many blaze rods she has. At the very least, two full stacks. Literally no one has been back to the nether fortress on-stream besides Ina, and as far as we all know, only Myth knows where it even is (and all have probably forgotten).
My third point of evidence goes back to Kronii's secret storage room. If she was just quickly going in and out of a room attached to the bunker, it wouldn't take several minutes to get what she needed. In addition, someone would have surely accidentally dug into it by now, while playing around trying to prank her.
Conclusion: there is either a second level of the bunker, even deeper than the ravine it's built near, or an entirely separate bunker a ways away, connected to a separate nether portal that is then connected to a nether fortress only Kronii knows about.
