PPP might have included something like that and maybe the court would let it stand for personal jurisdiction but I'm just not seeing a case like that go PPP's way easily. If Hanabi was a business doing business in California it would be a lot easier. I'm not sure PPP has the rambunction to actually do what's needed to have the case go anywhere anyway. Even if he does the bare minimum to get the case to judgment (a default most likely) I don't think he has the wherewithal to actually go about enforcing anything in a foreign country even if he pays out the ass for an attorney. It would be a lot of work and money for very little reward on his part.
Plus the case would be public record so if anyone was really worried about it there are ways of finding out.
