>>65927072First thing you need to do is embrace being alone. There is nothing wrong with being alone. Find the joys in it. You should still reach out and make friends and partners, try to reconnect with family, but don't wallow in loneliness or rejection. Become numb to it. Look into stoicism. Find peace in solitude.
2nd Focus on bettering yourself physically. Even if you hate the idea of working out. you need to do it till you like it. treat it like a 2nd part time job. Getting physically into better shape will improve your health and mentality.
3rd. Get a meaningful goal / hobby. Watching hololive or other media doesn't count, but it can be adjacent. Start a side hustle. Start a business. make a fan animation. Draw or write or code. You don't know how? Then your first goal is to learn how. Working on something productive will help heal the soul. I like to draw. Every drawing i do is an accomplishment and every time i get better it is a huge ego boost. You need to be doing something like this to achieve these victories and accomplishments in your life.
Also try to avoid/lessen activities that give you "empty" dopamine. If you over indulge in video games, porn, drugs, overeating, ect, it will burn you out and you will feel like shit when you are not getting your fix. I'm not saying don't ever do these things, but if you find yourself doing it too often, cut back significantly.
