There's a few ways to find out if she gave birth.
1) Logs of all new births between December's 9th, 2022 (hiatus start) and January's 30th, 2023 (before she left for Japan) in the US or SE whose mother's first name (surname might have changed) and date of birth is the same as hers. Requires access to civil registers of either countries.
2) Verify from Cover's accountant offices if there were any extraordinary events in her employee folder, such as tax exemption or paid leaves, in December 2022 or January 2023. You can apply for accountant jobs at Cover or befriend one of their accountants and convince them.
3) Airline logs for flights between April's 24th and May 6th, 2022 (house hunting trip) from the US to SE whose at least one passenger's first name and date of birth is the same as hers. All airports in FL and MA. You can apply yourself and be lucky enough to get hired for a short time in all airports or again befriend people who already work there.
4) Airline logs for flights between June 16th and June 19th, 2022 (when she came back for the off-collab) from SE to US whose at least one passenger's first name and date of birth is the same as hers, or there's a male with his surname (he might have left SE with her). He might have used a different first name (he has 3). Same as the previous point.
In any case, when it's about private companies such as Cover or an airline, if you have friends or relatives in state offices or departments, it should be easy to obtain logs with a formal request on the base of tax-related issues or similar things. When it's about civil registers you may be able to access them yourself if you have someone working in a state office with enough level of control.
If any of the points above gets confirmed then you can assume the theories are correct because there would be no other scenario for which any of these points would be verified if not in a scenario of marriage/pregnancy (or both). The alternative is hiring some professional who can do all the work for you but investigators aren't cheap With a budget of $5000 you can hire one for min of 5 days to max of 15 days.
