Marine gets the most straight up views in vtubing by a long way, but the person who's second is a random 500ccv indie who plays normal fotm stuff, streaming once every 2 days. She gets more views than filian, she gets more than Kuzuha, she gets more than Ui, she gets more than Pekora.
She does it by doing her own clips of her modest 500 ccv stream. She posts at least one clip a day and they're high effort, well-edited highlight clips. They get like 700k each because they're good clips.
If you bring someone on board to do that for you and your stream, it can make a huge difference. Dense high quality is meaningful, especially from an official platform.
