>>66880962Well said, and I feel the same way. It's really unfortunate that things had to turn out this way. Management's focus of short-term profits over long-term growth is really killing the branch. Pomu tried really hard to and grow the branch to appeal to new viewers and create fun, memorable content, but unfortunately management just didn't seem to care, and cared more about how to fleece asian women out of money with cheap merch. 2023 was a disastrous year for NijiEN, and she gave management the benefit of the doubt to turn things around, but seeing as she still chose to graduate, she doesn't see that happening at all.
At first, I was pretty sad that she didn't hang on for a few more months, but I've come to accept that this is for the best (as long as she comes back, please don't leave us pomu, mint, whoever you want to be). I feel that her graduation is the dividing path that determines NijiEN's future. Either management will scramble to try and fix things, or they'll do nothing and the branch will get folded into JP by next year.
