Hello frens I would like to share with you my findings from eating like Pippa for 3 weeks. The rules I laid out for myself were as follows:
Cooking done on a stovetop must take under 10 minutes.
Food must be sourced from Costco, Walmart, or Dollar Tree.
Fast food must be eaten at least once a week.
No peeling, chopping, or other preparing of food was allowed with an exception for beating eggs.
No cooking raw meat that wasn’t part of a prepackaged meal.
Week 1 would be limited to 500mL of drinking water a day while week 2 and 3 would allow for zero.
The first week had a goal of 3000cal/day while using supplements, week 2 was 2000cal/day with no effort to eat healthy, and week 3 was an attempt to meet nutritional goals at 2500cal/day without supplements. For refence I would normally eat 2600cal/day. Food choice was based on things she mentioned eating or from consulting with my sister on what zoomer white girls who don’t cook are eating.
