Shiori is visibly very flusted and akward, almost hiding in the book trying not the stare, while Nerissa is lightly flustered, with her cheek in her one hand holding her up, gazing very intently, a bit devilish, yet sweetly at Shiori.
I imagine both of them are sitting on the bed. The guy could be hiding under the blanket, but his forms pretty visible through the thin linen, while some of Nerissas underbody (showing she's not wearing any underwear) is exposed because the blanket mainly only covers the guy. Nerissa saying: "Don't worry Shiori, it's just a ghost. This house is haunted after all."
