Kiwawa is laughing because Cyrus is so unbelievably chuuni and stupid that she just can't see him as evil. At the very least she got her Master Ball and stopped Team Galactic's pokemon experiments in cute fashion. She also treated us to a double Kiwawa sneeze immediately after an idol meeting and it was precious. Also Saturn also known as Mr. Croissant Head still completely sucks at Pokemon battle and can't stand up to Kiara's Brave Chonk as it rises like a Phoniex.

It has gotten so bad, that they tried to enlist the powers of the Watamage Prime to give them a luck buff. When that didn't work, Fubuki tried to appease the gods through recorder play. As you can see, nothing has worked and they're still going at it, steadily losing sanity while chat tries to invoke the power's of the forbidden Shiny Golden Yagoo.
