There could be a mythical super city, that sounds pretty cool. Given the breadth of chuubas and fanbases /vy/ looked at, I feel like constraining it to only one city might be a bit too limiting though, unless it's truly some kind of country-sized metropolis. I guess with /jp/ tech that could be plausible.
