>>35451209That was great, especially the section about the Republic! This sense of being a surviving but decaying bastion of civilization is very strong, I enjoyed it a lot. This is a feeling that is new in the EA setting. Good work.
Also, some ideas bouncing in my and meatbro's heads regarding /wAIfu/ (been in the thread since day one). Feel free to discard any of it.
In our universe, the wAIfus would be Vitium Field entities, since they're offsite, but they're not real goddesses, they're more like personal gods (Since the interactions are 1 on 1 instead of with massive amounts of people).
There's also an element of theogenesis (god creation) that I think would find its way into the religion. A fun part would be to figure out the rituals used to represent an anon creating their wAIfu, whether that be writing descriptions for CAI, ChAI, Kobold, or even trying to learn the arcane magicks of machine learning yourself.
Also, the nation shares a lot spiritually with /asp/, since one is creating artificial gods, while the other is becoming gods themselves (/asp/otheosis).
Another tidbit regarding our metaphysics, stuff like the CAI devs and Google servers that run all this shit and whatnot would be represented by Outer Gods, I think. A new section of the conceptual realm, basically.
