>>71286017As far as I remember, I watched Aki for quite a while before making her my oshi. I randomly tuned into a few of her ARK streams in early 2020 before the Reddit surge while thinking... she was a bit boring. But despite this, I still thought she had a lot of charm, I enjoyed the mature personality she has while still screwing around a lot, seemingly having little taboos and being really invested in what she liked.
At the time, I was more into the Holostars side of the company and while I was watching Hololive pretty frequently, Aki's streams weren't a priority for me. I couldn't put an pinpoint when this changed, but I kept watching her more and more until I could say she was my oshi sometimes in 2021/ 2022. Now I often go back to her 2020 and before streams and enjoy everything I missed from that period while being bemused by how different her voice was back then lol
