Niji EN has so little control over anything (money, games they can play, what they say, their own accounts, their own NDF audience) there is little they can do to throw off how media and public perception has turned against them.
The only two moves they could make that might have an impact is to out whoever was mainly responsible for the Selen harassment or to keep asking/begging for Hololive members or other higher known talents to pop in their content and give support somehow. They of course can going on and pretend everything is the same but it's obvious that the mental health toll on the talents isn't going to last if the state of things continue.
