For example, I think Moriji has a stronger tradition in naval artillery, so the Matiyotl could improve their long range targeting techniques by working with them, since they do use cannons. And the Black Fleet does occasionally need to use evasive maneuvers, so the meatheads could help them improve these tactics with their expertise. I'm sure we'll come up with many such examples as we write.
