Sorry for the off-topic post bros, but its an "emergency"
i have 18k euros to spend till the end of april on pc parts, and the idea was to spend as efficiently as possible on stuff that could help training and creating large ai models as quickly as possible
This would be a system that i would have (eventually) to share with a small group of other people as part of the "deal" so it would have to be remotely acessible and ideally consist of multiple gpus of which some could be "parceled out" or lent temporarily.
I have no idea how to budget this (like what would be the cooling system requirements? How muchs hould i allocate to that? How many gpus should i get? can i even link 5 4090's together? Does that even make sense?) but ideally this would be a system with no interface outside of being able to access and request the "Gpu stack" to train or run inference on what i just asked it to do this would be for "any-use" ai, so anything from image generation to task classification
Note: I just understand how to build a pc, have never done this sort of "server" building before, but if i didn't butt in this would literally vanish into the ether/be used to buy new tables so don't judge me :(
yes, if i can in the future without anyone noticing it i'll use that to generate gummy shark images without having to ask you guys
