Unless you genuinely believe Mumei is capable of acting at a level where she can fabricate an entirely different persona with its own flaws and anxieties so convincingly that not even the other girls can see through it, there's no way for her to be one and the same with this random Kiara anti. To be clear, I myself believe in the Mumei = Amber rrat, but there's zero actual evidence (and quite a lot of suggestions to the contrary) that Mumei has anything to do with Orcschizo.
