"4channel" is NOT banned in indonesia, but their major ISP (telkom) SOMETIMES got rangebanned from posting.
You can still post with mobile data (e.g. telkomsel) because it's really easy to change your IP and ban-evading. Also there are a lot of other mobile provider in indonesia and mobile data is dirt cheap there.
The main reason why "4chan" got banned is PORN. So, as long as this is a blue board and sfw, I don't think they'll care.
