Mainly since the prompt that causes it is "furry" and "Furry female" mainly due to the fact one of the style loras was based on a dude who draws monstergirls. So from what I gather is that it tries to fur them up but instead the clothes get this almost floofy feathery texture to them. They're mostly localized to armS and legs but occasionally it goes to the clothes. Pic related, you can see how the gloves have almost fur like ends to them.
