Also makes Nijisanji look really petty. They could have just said "Due to failure to follow policies she has been terminated" but instead they piled on everything they could to justify themselves and push all blame off themselves. Makes the company look like it's ran by a high school clique and not businessmen.

Ethyria onwards honestly feels like where it went downhill with some truly shitty people getting through.
I'm not even in denial that Zaion ended up doing some dumb shit that got her the can in the end, but it feels some of the other members have gotten away with FAR worse. Either from being too Big to fail, or with even the clique rrat actually being true.
I'm not going to say anything else on this though, I don't think anyway, so I'll just leave it at that...
