Nina was notably the odd one out at the start of ethyria because everyone else immediately latched onto their RL friends in the earlier groups.Iluna and Xsoleil as far as I'm aware do not have any immediate connections to Elira's friend group compared to all waves up to Noctyx, so naturally it would take time for literal strangers to get to know one another.
Yugo was also a stranger but of course since management tolerated her insubordination for 10 months, she was able to befriend everyone and had coworkers trying to vouch for her before she was ultimately let go. I've heard Zaion express having trouble connecting to the other members which is natural for a newcomer, and Maria has also talked about how Zaion isn't on the company discord very often to socialize. It's a shame, but probably a deliberate effort to get rid of Zaion before she was able to establish any meaningful footing with her coworkers.
